…ly shows its intent to keep its top talent paid at the top of the industry. Is this really possible! Can we get rid of not so great employees to make way for great employees! Can this approach really work in Companies! I am not sure if most companies can achieve this high talent density model and this is where I feel this is probably hard to do things in large corporate houses. In my own experience, I don’t find it practical for large corporates. When I say large, I mean corporate having more than 5000 employees globally.
